In The Pink

Hi everybody,

My sweet Princess had her surgery Monday. After a rough night, she is now on the mend. She is really one tough little girl and I'm so proud of her. She looks horrible in this picture, but that is only because she hates having the huge bandage around her neck. I get to remove it tomorrow and she will be very happy :)

The surgery was very expensive, but I have a wonderful vet. When I was checking out, the bill was half of what I was quoted. My vet knows I've been out of work and must have said something to the surgeon who performed the operation, or she picked up part of the bill herself - I don't know for sure. I will be doing something very special to repay the kindness at any rate.

My goodness Phyllis, you've been through a lot this week haven't you. I so sorry about the stray. It's a terrible unfortunate society we live in these days. Animals are considered disposable and it's totally unexceptionable. If only we could save them all.

I'm glad Princess it doing well. Surely she is confused and uncomfortable but she'll heal. She has a good mom ; )

Hi Phyllis! thanks for stopping by our blog! I update the Berner's story on Saturdays, so there's a new post this morning. Really, nothing new, though.

You are such a talent! I can't help but believe that the PERFECT job is right around the corner!

Thanks for doing what you could for that boy yesterday. I't seems like it's never enough but we can only do what we can do.

O hope your Preincess is feeling GREAT, today!
