Good Riddance 2009!

2009 can't end fast enough for me.

All I can say at the moment is that I hope 2010 is a better year for me and all of you who have struggled this year. Things have GOT to get better.

To all of you lurkers and posters, Happy New Year; it's been a long one and I'm glad to see 2009 end!

Phyllis, did you know that one day last week was actually "Good Riddance Day"! It was celebrated in NYC where they set up shredding machines so people could safely dispose of papers they wanted to say "good riddance" to - like paid-off mortgages, student loans, etc. Then they used the shredded paper for the ticker tape for the New Year's Eve celebration!

I have a number of things I'm saying good riddance to and they're not all necessarily on paper!

Happy New Year and Good Riddance to all that superfluous stuff that takes away our peace of mind!
